In 2024, Hayley had the privilege of being the Feature Artist for Gold Coast Health's ArtBeat Festival, where her work received a Highly Commended Award. Beyond showcasing her art, she played a hands-on role in bringing the festival to life, assisting with the installation of art exhibits to ensure the works of local artists were thoughtfully presented and celebrated.

Hayley also took an active role in promoting the event, engaging with local media to share her personal journey of healing through creativity. Her story resonated with many, resulting in an article published in the Gold Coast Bulletin. Through her involvement in ArtBeat, Hayley demonstrated her commitment to strengthening the Gold Coast’s creative community and her ability to thrive in dynamic festival environments, using art as a tool for connection, empowerment, and meaningful conversation.

Hayley’s work was exhibited at Robina Hospital on the Gold Coast during October 2024. The ArtBeat Festival is an annual event run by Gold Coast Health aimed at promoting the benefits of art therapy in mental health recovery. It features work by artists with lived experience of mental health diagnoses and is presented at both Robina Hospital and Gold Coast University Hospital.
